Chris is a second-generation Realtor, born and raised in the Victoria area. Prior to entering into real estate, Chris had a strong sense of business and entrepreneurship, starting a successful landscaping business and taking on a number of real estate renovation projects.  It was through these projects, as well as buying and selling his own properties at a young age, that Chris realized a passion for real estate.  With the support of his wife and two wonderful children, Chris became a licensed Realtor in 2015.  This was a natural progression for Chris as he was able to bring his eye for home improvement and years of personal experience in order to benefit his clients.  Chris knows good real estate value when he sees it, and he strives to pass this expertise on to his clients.

Iain is a passionate professional, who takes on projects with the utmost focus and precision. He has developed the span of his real estate knowledge throughout his career to provide personalized client services to both Buyers and Sellers. Born and raised in Victoria, Iain has a deep understanding of the attributes and amenities that each area has to offer which he utilizes to find his clients a house that always feels like home. Iain and his beautiful wife, Nikki, have recently moved into Downtown Victoria and are embracing the fast-paced environment and exploring the balance between the upbeat nightlife and the scenic breakwater walks. In his spare time, Iain enjoys playing on a variety of recreational sports teams, hiking around the West Coast region and hosting family and friend game nights/ dinner parties.
